Throughout the entire holiday period, customer support will be available online 24/7. You can place orders:

BUNASTA in-person Customer Service Centers will operate according to the schedule below:

• Daugavpils (Latvia) — operating as usual, except: Dec 31 — until 18:00; Jan 1 — from 12:00.
• Białystok (Poland) — operating as usual; Dec 31 — until 18:00; Jan 1 — from 8:00.
• Koroščinas (Poland) — operating as usual; Dec 24 — until 16:00; Dec 25 — from 8:00; Jan 1 — from 12:00.
• Ashford (United Kingdom) — from Dec 23 to Jan 31: 9:00–17:00; closed on Dec 25, Dec 26, and Jan 1.

Transport insurance can be purchased by emailing insurance@bunasta.eu, Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 — operating as usual.

Please note that some services may be temporarily unavailable during the holiday period. If we are unable to provide a specific service at the time of ordering, we will inform you accordingly.
