Mandatory Truck Registration at the Borders with Russia and Belarus

Starting from December 1 of this year, truck drivers crossing the borders of Russia or Belarus from Lithuanian territory will be required to register in advance in an electronic queue for border crossing.
This mandatory registration will apply to the remaining operational border crossing points: Medininkai and Šalčininkai with Belarus, as well as Kybartai with Russia. This initiative aims to reduce congestion and improve the management of transportation flows.
