OPERATING HOURS DURING THE HOLIDAY PERIOD 2023 - 2024

Dear clients and partners,

In order for your shipments to reach their destination smoothly during this festive period, we invite you to familiarize yourselves with the working hours of the BUNASTA customer service department during the holidays:

Service departments in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland with EPI + warranty for Belarus / ETD + warranty for Russia:

On the 24th of December - open until 6:00 PM; from 6:00 PM, service available remotely (online). The Balstogė branch operates as usual;

On the 25th of December - open from 9:00 AM onwards, as usual 24/7;

On the 26th of December - open as usual 24/7;

On the 31st of December - open until 6:00 PM; from 6:00 PM, service available remotely (online);

On the 1st of January - services available remotely (online);

On the 2nd of January - open from 9:00 AM onwards, as usual 24/7.

Orders via email are accepted on all festive days.

Transit Procedure Units to the EU – T1:

December 24th - open until 6:00 PM; from 6:00 PM, service available remotely (online);

December 25th - open from 9:00 AM onwards, as usual, 24/7;

Branches in Poland: Korčova 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Dorohusk 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM;

December 26th - open as usual, 24/7;

Branches in Poland: Korčova 7:00 AM – 07:00 PM; Dorohusk 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM;

December 31st - open until 6:00 PM; from 6:00 PM, service available remotely (online);

Branches in Poland: Korčova until 6:00 PM; Dorohusk until 4:00 PM;

January 1st - open from 12:00 PM onwards, as usual, 24/7.

From 23 December to 1 January The UK branch will be working online.

You can purchase transportation insurance services on all working days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. However, if you need these services on December 24-26, please contact us via email at insurance@bunasta.eu
