BIS – Bunasta Integration System: Terms and Conditions (United Kingdom)
Effective date: 3 November 2026 (the date of publication)
About these terms
These terms apply to the use of BIS – Bunasta Integration System, software operated by Bunasta UAB, Lithuania (company code 302926843, registered address Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania). In Great Britain, AP Financial Limited, trading as BUNASTA UK (company number 11360383), acts for Bunasta.
The service
BIS sends GB Safety and Security (ENS) declarations to HMRC through HMRC's Safety and Security GB APIs, on behalf of our transport and customs clients.
Who can use BIS
BIS is for business clients of Bunasta and their authorised staff. It is not offered to consumers. Access is given through OAuth2 (Microsoft Entra ID). Users must keep their login details private and must not share access.
Client responsibilities
- The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data it provides for declarations.
- The client authorises BIS with HMRC (OAuth) and can withdraw that authorisation at any time.
- The client must use BIS only for lawful customs and transport purposes.
HMRC
BIS submits declarations to HMRC. HMRC decides on accepting or rejecting them. Bunasta does not control HMRC's systems or their availability.
Data protection
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, Bunasta is not liable for HMRC decisions, for the unavailability of HMRC systems, or for errors in data provided by the client, and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit.
Ending use
The client may stop using BIS and withdraw the HMRC authorisation at any time. Bunasta may suspend access if these terms are breached or if security requires it. The use of BIS ends together with the client's service agreement with Bunasta. Data is then kept and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this address. Questions: info@bunasta.eu.
