Bunasta is restructuring its operations in Poland by closing its customer service office in Koroszczyn and opening a new branch in Małaszewicze, strategically located near key railway and customs infrastructure. The new branch will provide customs brokerage services 24/7, exclusively remotely.

Effective 31 October 2026, Bunasta will close its customer service office in Koroszczyn. The mailbox rental service previously offered at this location will also be discontinued.

On 1 November 2026, Bunasta will open a new branch in Małaszewicze, located at:

AGROSTOP Building, 3rd Floor, Office 305, ul. Słoneczna 150, Kobylany, 21-540 Małaszewicze, Poland.

The location of the new branch has been strategically selected to support Bunasta's planned expansion in the rail freight sector. Situated close to major railway and customs infrastructure, the new office will place greater emphasis on customs clearance services for goods transported by rail.

The new branch will handle the preparation of all types of customs documentation, including documents required for the customs clearance of rail freight shipments. All customer services will be provided exclusively remotely, with no in-person assistance available at the office. The team will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring uninterrupted service.
