Our customs warehouse in Białystok is a convenient and secure location for your cargo. You can safely store your goods here, and if needed, we’ll handle all customs formalities for you. We work efficiently, ensure accuracy, and help reduce your logistics costs. We offer both short- and long-term storage, as well as packing, labeling, and distribution solutions. - Exceptional customs capabilities – goods can be labeled, repacked, and stored indefinitely, unlike in many warehouses where storage is limited to 30 days.
We accept the following types of cargo:
- Full Truck Loads (FTL)
- Less-than-Truck Loads (LTL)
- Palletized cargo
- Small parcels (including e-commerce orders)
We provide short- and long-term storage services. We handle goods from both EU and non-EU countries, ensuring their safety and compliance.
The warehouse has official customs status, allowing all required customs procedures to be completed on-site – from customs warehousing and transit clearance to release for free circulation. All processes are supervised by experienced customs brokers to ensure speed, accuracy, and full compliance with EU regulations.

Important: We only accept goods that are non-hazardous, non-flammable, do not require temperature control, are non-excise, and do not require veterinary or phytosanitary supervision.
